RF SOLUTIONS has a high level of in-depth technical knowledge in servicing and repairing our product range in-house.
As part of our authorised dealership agreements, RF SOLUTIONS is authorised to provide in-house warranty service and repair on all products that we sell in Australia/New Zealand.
We also offer after-sales service and repair once the warranty period has expired.
In relation to service or repairs, the shipping costs to and from RF SOLUTIONS are to be paid by the Purchaser. The risk of loss and title for items being shipped to and from RF SOLUTIONS for service or repair is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Service Policies for Non-Warranty Repairs
- You must obtain authorisation from RF SOLUTIONS prior to shipping any products to us.
- Our work is warranted for a period of 90 days. This warranty applies only to the repair work completed by us. No other warranty is assumed or implied. Our guarantee does not include damage caused during shipment or other subsequent actions outside our control.
- Payment is accepted via electronic bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard.
